What is the location of the wedding ceremony?

Myers Park Presbyterian - 2501 Oxford Place, Charlotte, NC 28207

Primary parking is available at the Outreach Center and is an easy walk from the main church campus. Limited street parking is also available.

The ceremony will begin at 5pm.

What is the location of the wedding reception?

JW Marriott Charlotte - 600 South College Street, Charlotte, NC 28202

Convenient parking is available in the on-site parking garage, with valet service offered for added convenience. Additionally, limited street parking can be found nearby.

The reception will begin at 6:30pm.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

For the ceremony and reception, the attire is formal. All colors are welcome except white. Please reserve white for the bride and groom.

Where can I RSVP?

You can RSVP on our website via this link. Please note all RSVPs should be submitted by June 20th.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are keeping our celebration intimate and are unable to accommodate additional plus ones. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes, our host hotel and reception venue is the JW Marriott Charlotte. You may book a room for a discounted rate through our reservation link.

We also reserved rooms at The Westin Charlotte directly across the street. Feel free to call and ask for the Frednesha and Kevin Wedding Room Block (FKW) or use this reservation link. The phone number is 704-375-2600.

The last day to make reservations through our provided room blocks is Friday, June 27, 2025.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that this be an adult-only celebration, as we look forward to sharing this special day with our closest friends and family. Thank you for your understanding.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

A portion of the ceremony will be device-free. Please adhere to the guidance from the officiant.
